Application
Here, you will be able to fill your application file to the Innovert contest.
You can submit 2 files per company at most – the first being offered for all exhibitors
The Innovert contest is open to all exhibitors of the Salon du Végétal.
Once your participation to the tradeshow is confirmed, you only have to use the access codes that were sent to you during your registration. To register to exhibit at the exhibition, click here.
You will be able to save your file, print it and come back to it for modifications before sending it for evaluation. The closing date for registrations is April 3rd, 2024. After this date, you will be able to fill your application form for 2 more weeks until April 17th, 2024, but new applications will not be possible anymore.
Your application form will be divided into 5 parts :
- Step 1 : Choice of the contest category
- Step 2 : Your information
- Step 3 : Presentation of your innovation to the public and jury
- Step 4 : Argumentation on the innovative character and the benefits of your product or service to the jury
- Step 5 : Your documents
Important
The jury takes into account the quality of the information you gave on steps 3 and 4 of your file. The more detailed the information provided, the more likely the jury will be able to assess your application at its fair value.
Industrial property
Exhibitors must ensure themselves that their rights to industrial property are well preserved and patents issued. The Salon du Végétal and the jury members will not be held responsible of an incidental communication of the file during the examination period, or on its communication after the deliberations.
